Questions
Who is Paul Hardy?
Paul Hardy is an architect and designer based near Paris. He makes sculptural collectible furniture from raw and reclaimed construction materials: burned steel, sand, ash, rubble and mineral composites.
What are the Ustio and Aetna collections?
Ustio is a collection of furniture in burned, plasma-cut steel resting on mineral bases: a lamp, a chair, an armchair, a sofa, a coffee table and a mirror. Aetna is a collection carved by hand from a composite of reclaimed sand, ash and construction rubble: a chair, a table, a stool, a bench and a candle holder.
